Top Ten Tuesday is a meme created over at Broke and the Bookish where every Tuesday, Top Ten things of anything are listed. Todays Top Ten things are:

Top Ten Books On My Summer Winter TBR

Yes, the list is supposed to be a summer reading list, but its not summer in Australia right now so I am doing a winter one instead! None of my books are very winter themed, they are really just things I need to read…

1. The Queen of the Tearling by Erika Johansen. Its my Netgalley pick and it comes out on the 8th of July so I need to get a move on.

2. The Golden Lily by Richelle Mead. I just want to!

3. Ever Near by Melissa MacVicar. I was requested to read and review this book.

4. Ashlynn’s Dreams by Julie C. Gilbert. Another author review request.

5. The Twelfth Child by Bette Lee Crosby. Apparently I received this book because I commented on something during the Dewey’s 24hr read-a-thon. I can’t wait to see what its like.

6. A Gate of Night by Bella Forrest. The next book in the Shade of Vampire series that I am reading atm.

7. Child of the Prophecy by Juliet Marillier. The third book in the Sevenwaters series. I need to start reading this ASAP.

8. Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. I have a classics read-a-thon coming up next month and I am really looking forward to finally reading this book!

9. Fires of Man by Dan Levinson. I am kind of cheating by putting this here because I haven’t received the book yet, but I was requested to read and review this book so here it is.

10. The Hangman’s Replacement: Sprout of Disruption by Taona Dumisani Chiveneko. I received this book so long ago. I need to read it but I am so not interested right now.

  1. Haven’t heard of the rest but I’m a massive fan of the Vampire Academy and Bloodlines series so I’m glad you enjoy them, I also agree that you don’t need a reason to want to read them ;).

    Great list.

  2. I’ve seen a lot about The Queen of Tearling and it looks really interesting, so I hope you enjoy it!

    • Queen of the Tearling has been popping up in a few places lately since its coming out pretty soon.
And the first two were AMAZING. I couldn’t put them down! I loved Sorcha and Red :)

  3. It’s pretty wintery here, too! Rain and low temps are making me wear fuzzy socks!

Good picks all, super excited for Silver Shadows, SO VERY MUCH ERMAGHERD. :D I hope we can get it asap. I hope my pre-order doesn’t take as long as the 4th one did :X

    Happy reading!

  4. I’ve heard a lot about Juliet Marillier recently – she’s definitely an author I need to check out! I read Jane Eyre in school I really enjoyed it; it can be a little slow in places, but it’s a brilliant story. I highly recommend Anne Bronte’s novels, too! :)
